California Pizza Kitchen plans to deploy up to 1,000 automated food kiosks across the US over the next three years. Minor Hotels will transform Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort and the adjoining Elysia Wellness Retreat into Avani Cypress Lakes Resort in New South Wales' Hunter Valley.
