Kerzner International is bringing its SIRO fitness and wellness brand to the US with SIRO Brickell, Miami. The project is planned to open in 2030 and will combine a hotel with up to 350 branded SIRO Homes. The property will offer dedicated spaces for fitness, recovery, and wellness, extending SIRO's focus on performance beyond the guest room. Dallas-based AI Hospitality Group has raised $7.5 million in seed funding to expand its AI-based hotel management model. Founded by former Remington Hospitality CEO Sloan Dean, the company uses more than 60 AI agents to handle back-office functions such as revenue management, accounting, marketing, and recruiting. Rather than licensing its technology, the company operates hotels under management agreements and takes responsibility for their financial performance.
