Madison Marriott South completes major renovation

Madison Marriott South has completed a renovation following its transition from a Sheraton property. The 239-room hotel upgraded guest rooms, meeting areas, public spaces and its exterior as part of the project. Guest rooms now have new flooring, HVAC systems and faster internet, while meeting areas received new carpeting, lighting and AV equipment. The Quoin Hotel joins PM Hotel Group

PM Hotel Group has taken over management of The Quoin Hotel & Restaurant in downtown Wilmington, Delaware. The luxury boutique property has 24 guest rooms and suites, along with a Northern Italian restaurant, cocktail lounge and Wilmington's first rooftop bar. The addition expands PM Hotel Group's existing Wilmington portfolio, which includes four other hotels. JW Marriott Downtown Phoenix moves closer to development

Plans are moving forward to convert a 19-story office tower at Phoenix's Arizona Center into a 340-room JW Marriott. The proposed hotel would include a resort-style pool, 15,000 square feet of meeting and ballroom space, a fitness center, Club Lounge and multiple food and beverage venues. Its location near the Phoenix Convention Center is a major part of the development case.
