Hyatt Studios has broken ground on a 114-room extended-stay hotel in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, as demand for lodging in ski towns remains strong. The four-story property will include full kitchens in every room, along with ski and bike storage, a fitness center, hot tubs and outdoor lounge areas.
