Highline Hospitality Partners Acquires Its 23rd Hotel

Highline Hospitality Partners (HHP) has acquired the 125-room Courtyard by Marriott Pittsburgh North/Cranberry Woods, marking its 23rd hotel investment and sixth acquisition of 2026. The property is located across the parking lot from the Pittsburgh Marriott North, which HHP acquired in February. Common ownership of the two hotels creates opportunities to reduce operating costs and improve efficiency. The Courtyard recently completed renovations to its guest rooms and public spaces. Its facilities include a bistro serving Starbucks coffee, an indoor pool, a fitness center, an outdoor courtyard, and meeting space for up to 60 guests. Avion Hospitality will manage the property, expanding its existing partnership with HHP. The acquisition brings HHP's portfolio to 23 hotels with more than 5,600 rooms and approximately $1.7 billion in hospitality assets under management. Read more
