Hotel Indigo Raleigh has opened following a $36 million renovation of a distinctive 1969 landmark in downtown Raleigh. The 204-room property preserves the building’s unusual circular architecture while adding mid-century-modern interiors and locally inspired artwork. Its 20th-floor High Ground Lounge offers Southern cuisine, cocktails, and city views. A ground-floor community lounge includes a vintage Airstream coffee bar, while meeting spaces and a 1,500-square-foot fitness center round out the facilities. Ruby Makes French Debut With Marseille Opening

Ruby has entered the French market with the opening of Ruby Lilou in Marseille, alongside the brand’s first French Ruby Workspaces location. The 237-room hotel sits between the Vieux Port and La Joliette and draws heavily on Marseille’s maritime and creative character. It features a 300-square-meter rooftop terrace, a 24/7 bar and café, music programming, and four room categories. The adjacent Ruby Yani workspace offers more than 126 workstations, private offices, meeting rooms, and flexible memberships. Marriott Adds Two New Concepts to Khao Lak

Marriott International has signed agreements for two new properties at Matalay Khao Lak in Thailand: a 160-room Moxy hotel and Thailand’s first Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy, with 60 two-bedroom units. The properties will share access to 1.4 kilometers of Andaman beachfront and connect with the existing JW Marriott Khao Lak through forest cycling and jogging trails.
